Every Friday at 7:00 pm We will use the wood stove sauna and ice bucket
There will be 3 circuits in – out of 15 min with a Sauna Master: Sauna cycle + aromatherapy + cold plunge and back to the sauna. Once your body has relaxed and your muscles have become softer, you will have the possibility to go for a massage. There is also the option to book a 30 minute deep tissue massage, a sports massage or a relaxing massage.
We offer water and fruit snacks during the session.
