Breathwork & Ice Bath
Every Tuesday and Saturday at 3 pm, join us and learn one of the methods we use based on Wim Hof method to teach body awareness.
The human body system is functioning, stayed in balance and healthy due to thousands of years of evolution. The body’s own systems are finely tuned to the environment and physical laws. To neglect these systems for the sake of comfort and technology, is to weaken one’s own energy system.
During the workshop, Heiko will explain you how your body
can get into the most natural state possible on its own.
By working with the Nervous System we can influence the way we think, feel and behave.
We can raise Energy and Awareness to go beyond habitual patterns as well as reduce Pain, Inflammation, improve our Respiratory Health and Sleep. The session consists of about 75 minutes of breathing and activation work, followed by ice bath. We offer hot herbal tea and snacks at the end. We finish around 5 pm.

- Please bring your swimsuit, a towel and warm clothes to cover up after the ice bath.
- Before the session is advisable to eat lightly.
