THIS RETREAT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOU if you want to work online while you are at the retreat, you do not want to be in close mental or physical contact with other people, or if you are just looking for a vacation with company, but do not want to self-reflect or give up eating meat or drinking alcohol for a week.

Our retreat groups of 2-12 people are very exclusive and selected.
What’s included in the Yoga Retreat experience?
Each day starts with a small snack and tea together on the terrace. For those who would like to participate, we offer tea, fresh lemon, ginger, cocoa, and fresh and dried fruit.
Eight holistic Vinyasa or Hatha style yoga sessions (1.5 hours each), including a beach yoga class with a small breakfast on the beach. Sunday’s yoga class is open to the public, may include a different yoga style, and is part of our weekly yoga event Soul and Sunday (yoga and brunch).
Seven fireside dinners (three-course vegetarian/vegan meals) and seven brunch, vegetarian/vegan. (Brunch is at 11:00 am/dinner at 7:30 pm, intermittent fasting is possible). There is a dinner not included during the stay, we usually go out as a group to try Canarian tapas or fresh fish.
Moderator-led casual discussion rounds as needed and according to the general mood for asking questions, reflecting, getting to know one another, and opening up. Topics: Happiness, creating, stress management, time awareness, meditation, values, basic needs.
One guided mindfulness barefoot walk by the sea, with an explanation of the many benefits for your body, one guided volcano crater hike for on-site orientation and a 2 hour guided island hike.
One breathwork classes and ice baths to strengthen stress resilience, the central nervous system, and immune defense, including a detailed explanation of the benefits and necessity of such exercises. This session could be based on the classic Wim Hof Method or our breathwork coaches also offer a modified version focused on yoga.
One sound healing group event with various handmade instruments followed by an invitation to play them freely or a Gong bath sound journey: vibrations to reorder and release blockages on all levels of the body.
One afternoon ecstatic dance session. A free dance to connect and celebrate life in a healthy and conscious way. Letting your inner wild side out!
One sauna/spa day. A massage and osteopathy treatment to stimulate your metabolism, detoxification, and body awareness. Other treatments or massages can be booked separately, such as the Rei-Boost facial treatment, which combines cosmetic treatment with energy healing (Reiki).
One boat trip to the neighboring island, water sports or hiking, and beach time.

Renting a car is recommended and if you want to check price for rental car please considere those companies with office in the airport so will be easier and faster to make a contract and avoids queues. Having a car is helping If you prefer to get away for a while and visit the surroundings during free time between classes. Otherwise you can just relax in the garden or ask for extra massages and therapies.
Taxi: You can easily get a taxi at the airport door if you don’t like to drive, a run from the airport to our house is about 55€. (don’t need to pre-booking).
Services: From our house, with a walking distance of 1 km, you can easily reach the center of Lajares which is a nice village and you can find a lot of interesting local shops.

Check-in time is between 5 and 6 pm for the welcome round.
Check-out is at 10 am. We will prepare fruit and tea for you at the table from 9 am before the farewell.

There is the possibility of staying two more days for integration time after the retreat. We recommend you to rest one or two more days before to get back to work-life. Take the opportunity to digest feelings and information, write things down to consolidate new habits and reflect on them. This is how to get the most out of your retreat. These extra days are without meals and free of program.
