Everything that seemingly robs us of our time is turned off or shortened by technological achievements; idle periods are filled with input, and all available spaces are filled with information. There hardly remains any space and time for reaching our goals and for our own life. When we achieve things faster, we reduce the value of our achievements. In addition, we are forced to deal with social standards and expectations, poor nutrition, too little sleep, and too much coffee.

Otherwise, the balance between body, mind, and soul is lost. Values, focus, and orientation are lost, too. Rationality replaces intuition. Your actions are negatively affecting your energy. Nowadays, being is increasingly replaced by having. This process happens unconsciously because, apparently, all means are available to get ahead faster. There is nothing wrong with wanting more; however, we must be aware that our greed and wanting more is actually an attempt to be more!
Yet only being leads to happiness in the long run. Having is without problems and negative consequences only if it has arisen from being, not vice versa.
