WIM HOF METHOD & ICE BATH

Every Tuesday afternoon starting at 3 pm Wim Hof session and ice bath. We will teach Wim Hof breathing techniques first and later we will strengthen our immune system physically and mentally with ice bath and focus. It’s about 45 min the breathing and some time after for the ice bath. We offer hot herbal tea and snacks at the end. We finish around 4:30.

A committed, consistent practice that includes the breathing technique and cold exposure can help you unlock a host of benefits including:

Please bring your swimsuit, a towel, warm clothes for covering after the ice bath and your own yoga mat if you have one.
