Every Tuesday afternoon starting at 3 pm Breathwork session and ice bath. Learn how to use Yogic breathwork, Posture and Mindset training. Strengthen your central nervous system physically and mentally with ice bath and focus. By working with the Nervous System we can influence the way we think, feel and behave. We can raise Energy and Awareness to go beyond habitual patterns as well as reduce Pain, Inflammation, improve our Respiratory Health and Sleep. The session consists of about 75 minutes of breathing and activation work with yogic movement, followed by ice bath and optional digestion activation . We offer hot herbal tea and snacks at the end. We finish around 5 pm.
This training, taught by Iain and Lauren, is for all who are looking to support their Mental and Physical Wellbeing and grow in to their highest potential.
