This retreat will be focused on yoga, silence walking, meditations and healing music meditations, seasonally themed activities, hiking, and massage for deeper relaxation. During the yoga classes, you will work on pranayama (breath control), asana (poses), and meditation. You will discover how your breath can ease not only your mind but help you deepen your practice as well. Together with the group, you will find out how the poses can work for you personally. The classes use postures and stretch in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation, encourage the proper alignment of the body, and bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner. You will also be focused on mantras and meditation to release stress and tension by reaching a state of deep awareness.
