In a silent location, reserved for us, we can dedicate ourselves to listening to our emotions and how they manifest themselves in the body, with daily sessions of yoga, meditation and pranayama.
The practice will be intense but with the lightness that only the energy of a group can provide.

It will be a real journey into the world of yoga, ranging from different styles, from the most dynamic and intense (but still accessible to all, with variations for every level of physical preparation and personalised instructions), to the most relaxing ones, real pampering for body and soul.
Yin Yang Yoga combines two styles of yoga into one practice, bringing together the benefits of passive yoga postures with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. It works the deep, dense connective tissues (Yin) and joints of the body. Yang Yoga, on the other hand, refers to a more active practice. We will explore back bends trough Gosh Yoga: this system of tension and release emphasizes relaxation between periods of effort (this is the difference to many other modern styles of yoga that incorporate Sun Salutes between postures and link postures together).
Generally speaking, the goals of Ghosh Yoga begin with health in the body and stillness in the mind. This practice uses simple therapeutic exercises to mobilize and strengthen every area of the body, from the eyes down to the toes, including the internal organs and systems. In this way, it resembles physical therapy. It uses postures (asanas) to bring grace and control to the body and stillness to the mind. It uses breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation to reduce stress and anxiety and begin on the path of spirituality.
If you have never practised yoga or meditation before, you will be able to approach different styles and traditions in a few days, so that you can find the yoga that suits you best.
If you are already practising, you will be able to approach yoga every day with different eyes and find new ideas to enrich your practice.
Classes will be held in Italian and English.
