This retreat will be focused on yoga, silence walking, meditations and healing music meditations, seasonally themed activities, hiking, and massage for deeper relaxation. This retreat is a great opportunity to enter in contact with the ocean, enjoy the outdoors, share activities, get active, explore new places, discover something new, and make new friends.
During the yoga classes, you will work on pranayama (breath control), asana (poses), and meditation. You will discover how your breath can ease not only your mind but help you deepen your practice as well. Together with the group, you will find out how the poses can work for you personally. The classes use postures and stretch in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation, encourage the proper alignment of the body, and bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner. You will also be focused on mantras and meditation to release stress and tension by reaching a state of deep awareness.
Breathe the fresh and regenerative salty Atlantic sea air and discover unique places by walking on Fuerteventura. The island really offers great surprises for those who step out at this tourist place. The rewards for this extra effort are interesting flora and fauna, intriguing shapes of sand and rock, absolute tranquillity, pitch black skies at night, and last but not least, superb and unforgettable views.

Our retreat groups are only for a max.6 people so very exclusive and selected. We will fine tune your lesson to meet your specific needs and skill level. Patience, experience an individual attention are what we are known for. A great thing is that being in a selected group is practically as having a private class and you can go deeper and learn more than in a big group. Our instructors are very experienced and they can bring each person to improve to higher level in such a short time. During open yoga classes we will host other yogi from the island and the group size will increase.
Yoga style is Vinyasa and we have a yogi tribe that always join us for our SoulandSunday yoga event. Follow us on Instagram to see what’s about. All retreat classes are held in English and extra open classes are bilingual (English-Spanish).
Surf lessons are adapted to your level, taught in small groups to provide personalised attention and we change time and place to always offer you the best conditions. Equipment, surfboards and transfer to the beach included. We will always take you to a beach that has the right conditions for your level. The winter here is like a warm spring and the water temperature never drops below 20 degrees.
Please check the attached schedule and remember that all times are approximate and it may be that surf lessons will sometimes take place in the afternoon instead of the morning due to tide and weather conditions.
6 Daily Brunch and dinners are included during retreat: Healthy fresh food for daily meals, natural juice, Yogi teas and mineral water throughout your stay. For the dinner not included we usually go out as a group to try the Canarian tapas and fresh fish.
A small breakfast only made with tea and fruit is served to prepare the body before the classes. After the morning classes we will have the complete and tasty nutritional brunch and an amazing dinner in the evening. We mainly prepare vegan/vegetarian dishes and we offer gluten free, or lactose free products. We like to make sure that everyone feels comfortable!
Check-in time is between 5 and 6 pm for the welcome round. The arrival flights are mostly in the afternoon, someone arrives just in time for dinner.
Check-out is at 10am on Saturday morning but if your flight is departing in the afternoon you could add an extra beach yoga class and snack for the price of 20€ per person. It will be a great way to end your holiday.
Renting a car is recommended and if you want to check price for rental car please considere these companies with office in the airport so will be easier and faster to make a contract and avoids queues. Having a car is helping If you prefer to get away for a while and visit the surroundings during free time between classes. Otherwise you can just relax in the garden or ask for extra massages and therapies.
Taxi: You can easily get a taxi at the airport door if you don’t like to drive, a run from the airport to our house is about 55€. (don’t need to pre-booking).
Also from our house, with a walking distance of 1 km, you can easily reach the center of Lajares which is a nice village and you can find a lot of interesting local shops.
