A light anti-inflammatory and detoxifying diet will give you enough energy for clarity of mind. Daily intermittent fasting and journaling will add to clarity and focus. Individual or group reflection sessions will help you identify your goals and values. You will learn to implement new habits and routines, resulting in patience, inner stability, confidence, and joy.
